Submission of CVs

Users can send their curriculum vitae by email to info@barna.es, indicating “CV” as the subject line.

They must provide their identification details and attach the curriculum vitae along with any relevant documents accrediting the veracity of the statements made in it.

BARNA will use this data to manage their staff selection process within the BARNA Group companies, as well as to manage the user’s relationship with BARNA as a job candidate.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the user’s consent to be included in the database of candidates for employment in BARNA Group companies. By sending an email to the above address, the user consents to the processing of their data by BARNA.

BARNA will not transfer user data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation or express consent from the user to do so.

Such data will remain active in BARNA’s candidate database for THREE YEARS from the date the user provides their CV to BARNA. Once this deadline has passed, the right to be forgotten imposed by current legislation may apply.
