Barna’s hallmark is the highest quality guaranteed in each of our products. To this end, we adhere to the most exhaustive controls throughout the entire production process, which our Quality team apply with the utmost rigour.

The quality of our process starts before our materials even reach Barna’s facilities, since to ensure the quality of the raw materials we receive at our plants, we use specialized refrigerated transport in collaboration with our suppliers’ processes.

Then, at the reception of the raw material, strict controls are carried out of quality and food safety parameters before those materials are introduced into the production lines.

Finally, the processed products are analysed in daily batches in our in-house laboratories and in accredited external laboratories. In this way, we ensure that all nutritional and food safety parameters meet our quality standards before our products are shipped to our customers.
